recording of irgason data for an isolated installation

Chakir Jul 3, 2019 01:39 PM

hello

we intend to install an irgason on an isolated mountain to measure sublimation in 20hz, the problem is that we will not be able to access frequently to this mountain. So is Campbell offers storage solutions or extentions of over 16Go ? could we for example automatically record the 20Hz data directly from the datalogger or Irgason on a mini-pc powering by 12V?

Hi Chakir.

For the datalogger, 16 GB cards is our maximum. If you wanted to use a PC to collect the data from the IRGASON, you can use the RS-485 output on the EC100 in an unprompted mode. See Section 7 in the IRGASON manual.
