RTMC Pro and CSI Web Server Questions

Thein May 21, 2017 08:00 PM

Hi,

I am learing about RTMC Pro and CS Web Servers. I have a few questions about CSI Web Server and RTMC Pro..

1) I cannot export, print or FTP the report in the web browser except to export png file eventhough all can be done in RTMC RT. Can web browser function the same as RTMC RT does if so how can I do it.

2) When we browse the web sites from a moble (iPhone), it does not prompt to save the user name and password. And also it needs to be key in two times. When we refresh the screen, user name and password are asked one more time. Both Saferi and Crome experience the same. But it is ok on the PC or Laptop, user name and password are promt to save and once saved never ask anymore. Is it normal or I'm the one only experiencing? Can mobile phone be functioned as PC or Laptop web browsers does?

3) In one of my RTMC project, I have several screens. Only the first screen is updated automatically and the reset of the screens are not updated automatically unless refresh, eventhough it is updated all screens in RTMC RT. Data alarms are keep activating until somebody go and refresh the page. Can web browser function the same as RTMC RT does?

4) How can I display or let other users see particular station or stations in the Browse Data tab, when I have multiple stations in the LoggerNet?

5) How can I schedlue FTP the report with time interval without checking the completion of the event of File Receive or File Close with Task Scheduler? Since we can email the report with fixed interval when we can't we FTP?

6) Is there any SMS alert functions will be incorporated in RTMC Pro in near furture or already there but I do not know how to?

My software versions are, LoggerNet 4.4.2, RTMC Pro 4.3.1.9 and Csi Web Server 1.04.20.09. Hope some one can clarify and help me out. Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Thein
